Ian McCreadie
is currently CFO at CoverTree and Agency Principal at National Mobile Home Insurance.

He previously held multiple roles with privately held lower middle market investment banking firms and acted as a member and director of Private Capital Alliance’s screening and diligence committees.

Ian gained industry experience in both analyst and associate roles with Madison Street Capital, in senior associate and director roles with Private Capital Alliance, in a Vice President role with Pegasus Intellectual Capital Solutions, and in a CFO role at Alta Cima, Corp. its affiliates and subsidiaries.

He has directly participated in or led financing and merger and acquisition transactions both in the United States and Western Europe. Ian’s experience includes, but is not limited to, being involved in more than 25 successful client engagements (capital raise and M&A advisory), representing in excess of $250mm of transactional value.
